Matured for 24 months, it is then hand-shaped, wrapped in muslin, and dipped in red wax. This cheese will certainly take pride of place on your cheeseboard and is fast becoming one of the favourites from the Lancashire Bomb range.
Serving suggestion: Slice off the top and scoop out with a spoon.
