The essential element is a hard cheese as everyone loves a good artisan Cheddar or a Lancashire Bomb, coupled with a blue, a soft cheese and either a goat’s or sheep cheese. Serve with grapes or chutneys. Frankly, it is down to personal preference so do whatever you enjoy.
Wine Match: It’s very difficult to decide on one wine for a platter of different cheeses but on the whole you can’t go far wrong with a drop of red or Port.
