Cooking: With so many varieties it can be widely used in cooking but a classic use of goats cheese is in a tart with caramelised red onion. If using for salads, use a soft or semi soft cheese.
Wine Match: Generally full-bodied white wines, typically a Sauvignon Blanc. The best known match for goat’s cheese is Sancerre. If it must be red, go for something light.
