Made using only the best vintages with a combination of their finest pinot grapes, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier, Ridgeview’s Blanc de Noirs has a deep golden colour with a persistent fine stream of bubbles.

Rich, earthy red fruit aromas are followed by a complex toasted palate. The finish is long-lasting and beautifully balanced.

The depth of fruit makes the taste very long.

 

Since 2000 Ridgeview has proved itself a match for many Champagnes winning 13 trophies and 42 medals.
