A blend to reflect the base wine of Balfour Brut Rosé; light, fresh and dry with mineral and citrus. Produced by Balfour Hush Heath Estate in Kent.
Nannette’s English Rosé (named after the Producer’s youngest daughter) is a truly unique still rosé made from a blend of Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay. This is pure summer in a bottle.
Appearance: Delicate pale apricot, Provençal pink.
Nose: Bright, ripe Kentish strawberries, red apples and pink grapefruit combined with fresh thyme and a hint of nuttiness.
Palate: Dry and refreshing with characteristic English acidity. Wild strawberry, citrus and crisp apple characters dominate.
Great on its own but can accompany a variety of foods, including summer salads, seafood and chicken and pork dishes.
