Domaine du Vieux Lazaret was established by the Quiot family in the 18th century, Vieux Lazaret being a former hospital housing the patients of the epidemics of the 18th and 19th century….Following a hiatus for an outbreak of Phylloxera (bugs destroying the roots of the vines), and the First and Second World War, the business has grown over the years to over 100 hectares. The 13th generation of the Quiot family is now working the estate.

We have extensively researched and tested many types of packaging and delivery systems to ensure all our exquisite, artisan produced foods arrive at your door in perfect condition. To achieve this, we now use several product specific packaging methods and, as standard, only despatch on an overnight delivery service (even though our chilled packaging system keeps fridge temperature for at least 48 hours).
