Stonkingly good. Gooey & mushroomy, this beautiful square shaped organic cheese is made by the Padfields in Kelston outside Bath. It has a white bloomy rind and a soft paste, dates back to the time of Lord Nelson & is packed in parchment paper with a red wax seal.
