National Supreme Champion 2016 & 2017. Traditional and delicious, this recipe hasn’t been altered for over 20 years, because it tastes fantastic!

Picnic Pork & Apple Pie (180g)
Pork and apple is a winning flavour profile however it comes! A beautifully seasoned traditional pork pie with chunky apple, encased in Country Victualler’s own hot water crust pastry. Scrumptious!’

Picnic Pork Pie Topped  Caramelised Red Onion (180g)
This delicious traditional picnic pork pie is topped with tasty caramelised red onion chutney instead of the usual pastry top.

Picnic Pork Pie Topped with Stilton Blue Cheese (180g)
There is nothing subtle about this pie! The blue cheese topping combined with golden crunchy pastry, densely packed with succulent pork and a liberal covering of tasty jelly, keeps it moist and oozing with flavour.

Picnic Pork Pie Topped with Cranberry (180g)
Rounding off this trio of ‘topped’ pies is this picnic pork pie topped with cranberries. The sweet pork is balanced by the cranberries which make an interesting addition to our range.

We have extensively researched and tested many types of packaging and delivery systems to ensure all our exquisite, artisan produced foods arrive at your door in perfect condition. To achieve this, we now use several product specific packaging methods and, as standard, only despatch on an overnight delivery service (even though our chilled packaging system keeps fridge temperature for at least 48 hours).
