Martin & Aline Parsons began lovingly creating delicious hand crafted products at their wonderful family home at Womersley Hall near Pontefract in West Yorkshire in 1979. Fruit and herbs grown in the gardens provided fresh and aromatic ingredients for their jellies and vinegars which have proved to be firm favourites in many kitchens over the past thirty years. These delicious natural infusions send your taste buds into a frenzy, giving you a unique flavour sensation. The Parsons’ elder son Rupert has now taken over the reins from his parents. Sadly, Martin died in July 2010, but Rupert is committed to following in his footsteps to continue the Womersley tradition…
