Organic Ashdown Foresters Smoked
Made with pasteurised Organic Cow's milk from the cows on the farm this full fat, hard cows milk cheese is cold smoked over locally sourced oak shavings for between 12-24 hours to develop a smoky flavour. The resulting cheese is lightly smoked -golden brown in colour- and has a smell and taste reminiscent of the mists of Autumn.
