The Lancashire Bomb with Cracked Black Pepper
This is a really very tasty cheese, and is a popular choice at the farmers markets. The addition of cracked black pepper really does add something special to this 24 month mature Lancashire, and we highly recommend you try it. Fantastic for a dinner party cheese board.
Un-opened - keep for a minimum of 3 months.
Serving suggestion: Slice off the top and scoop out with a spoon

The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese since 1923, and Andrew Shorrock's Grandfather won Supreme Champion at the Preston Open Cheese Competition in 1938.
Since then Shorrock's 24 month mature Lancashire cheese has continued to be a firm favourite in house holds around Lancashire and throughout the British Isles, and it was 25 years ago that Andrew created the Lancashire Bomb that we now know and love shaped as a bomb in a black wax.
