Chilli Lancashire Bomb
We love this cheese as it has a real warmth to it. However, it won't blow your head off!
Matured for 24 months, it is then hand-shaped, wrapped in muslin, and dipped in red wax. This cheese will certainly take pride of place on your cheeseboard and is fast becoming one of the favourites from the Lancashire Bomb range.
Un-opened - keep for a minimum of 3 months.
Serving suggestion: Slice off the top and scoop out with a spoon.

The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese since 1923, and Andrew Shorrock's Grandfather won Supreme Champion at the Preston Open Cheese Competition in 1938.
Since then Shorrock's 24 month mature Lancashire cheese has continued to be a firm favourite in house holds around Lancashire and throughout the British Isles, and it was 25 years ago that Andrew created the Lancashire Bomb that we now know and love shaped as a bomb in a black wax.
