Isle of Wight Soft Cheese: This outstanding cheese melts in your mouth... It is a soft rinded cows milk cheese from the talented Rich Hodgson Isle of Wight Cheese Company who won 3* Gold at the Great Taste Awards for their blue.  Leave out of the fridge for a couple of hours to really enjoy this at its best.

Lancashire Bomb: A handsome addition to any table! The legendary Lancashire Bomb from Andrew Shorrocks is presented in a black wax purse. Since the early 20th century four generations of Shorrocks have made this exceptional Tasty Lancashire in Goosnargh in Lancashire and in 1938 Shorrocks Tasty Lancashire won the renowned Preston Open Cheese Fair The same traditions and the dedication of one family have resulted today in a fantastic example of a true regional classic. Made with pasteurised milk from their own herd of Holstein Friesian cows this handmade strong Lancashire is matured for 24 months. It is very creamy and full of flavour.

Colston Bassett Stilton: One of our truly great regional products! It is strong in flavour yet remains smooth and creamy with distinctive blue veins which become more strongly defined as the cheese matures.

Rosary Goats CheeseA beautifully presented small round goats cheese which is a lovely addition to a cheese board Hand crafted goat's cheese made with top quality quality milk, sourced from newly emerging goat herds.

Westcombe Cheddar: Westcombe Cheddar has a deep complex flavour with a mellow lactic tang and long notes of citrus, hazelnut and caramel. The texture is structured and firm, with a smooth breakdown that keeps the flavours lingering on your palate. This cheese is often called a 'five mile Cheddar', as you’re still tasting it five miles down the road!
