Crafted for Berry's by David Santereau, this a dry, medium-bodied Sauvignon Blanc with plenty of lemon freshness, understated purity and crunchiness. Fresh, white fruit flavours have developed due to an indian summer.
Situated in the village of Crézancy, 7km from the town of Sancerre, the Santereau family has been producing Sancerre for nine generations. Wine maker David Santereau uses a blend of age-old practices and modern techniques to show the terroir characteristics of Sancerre at their best. Produced especially for Berry's, this is classic Sancerre with a tropical twist: pure and fruity but blessed with sunshine.
Food Match: The classic partner for goat's cheese, Sancerre pairs well with a range of fish and salad dishes.
