Traditionally reared in a time honoured fashion on lush West Country pastures and hung for a minimum of 28 days, this succulent Rib of Beef is sourced from the exceptional Devon Rose. With a history and reputation of excellence, Devon Rose select our meats on the basis of welfare, purity, taste and eating quality. The meat comes from animals pure bred and reared on pasture land.  Grown free-range, Devon Rose meats are known for their tender and succulent taste.  We say "No" To Antibiotics, Additives, Water & Saline Pumping. We say "Yes" to Free Range, Natural Growth and Feed.

Please note that all food is sent in temperature controlled boxes to ensure that your goods arrive chilled. All fresh goods should be refrigerated on arrival, and are suitable for home freezing.

Cooking Tip:

Roast for 20 minutes at 220C/fan 200C/gas 7, then turn the oven down to 160C/fan 140C/gas 3. Cook for 20 minutes per 450g for medium/ 15 minutes per 450g for rare. Remember to rest the meat for 15-30 minutes in a warm place as this allows the meat to relax prior to carving.

The last order deadline for Christmas Roasts is midnight on the 16th December and all orders placed by then will be despatched on the 20th December for arrival the following day. Please note only delivery addresses in mainland UK quality for this delivery date (Excluding Highlands and Islands).
