A delicious course mackerel pâté with gherkins and lemons. This multi award-winning family business, was first formed by Richard and Shirley Cook in 1989. Today their production techniques and smoking processes are still very traditional and the grading, filleting, curing and cutting is still mostly done by hand. They chip all their own Oak wood for smoking, which gives our products a unique distinctive taste.

A tangy and very tasty farmhouse chutney filled with fruits and onions which make it ideal to enjoy with cold meats and cheese. The Westmorland Chutney is the first chutney that Hawkshead started with in 1999 by husband and wife team Mark & Maria Whitehead. They now hold over 70 Great Taste Awards and all chutneys and preserves are made in their premises on the edge of Esthwaite Water, Cumbria.

When on a trip to Sweden to research Swedish inspired bakery, two English friends, founders, Ian and Wendy met Peter Ljungquist who is a quiet Swede who believes we are all happiest when we use our natural talents. He cares deeply about pursuing his passions and so joined together with friends including Swedish master baker, Jan Hedh, to discuss how he could revive traditional baking methods and recipes.
Following the original Swedish recipe; everything begins with their 45-year-old sourdough starter, fermented for 16 hours – crafted in small batches without shortcuts or artificial ingredients for award-winning flavour and crunch.

Wimbledon Strawberries From Hugh Lowe Farm
Produced by Marion Regan of Hugh Lowe Farms, Mereworth, Kent. Marion’s great grandparents began growing strawberries in 1893 where the family owned business has continued to grow. Spanning 500 ha of soft fruit/arable land, they are one of the largest soft fruit producers in the UK. For Wimbledon, the berry variety chosen by Hugh Lowe Farm was a Malling Centenary variety which boasts exceptional fruit quality characteristics. These include attractive berries with a uniform conical shape and superb, sweet flavour which are Grade 1 English strawberries, though we work with Marion ensuring the most suitable and best quality berries are used.
Hinxden Farm Dairy’s Channel Island Pouring Cream
Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family run dairy farm based in Kent, home to the Manford family for the past four generations. The cream is from Award winning pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows which graze in the Garden Of England.
