Red Lentil, Coconut & Sesame Pâté, 120g – Findlater’s Fine Food, West Lothian
Infused with aromatic herbs & spices, this unique lentil and coconut pâté is warmly spiced and finished with a touch of honey.
Created by Findlater’s Fine Foods, which started life as a restaurant and delicatessen in Linlithgow, the pâté is still hand made in small batches.
Oaties – Wooley’s of Arran, Isle of Arran
The iconic flavour and bite of Wooley’s of Arran Oatcakes in smaller bite-sized pieces, an ideal accompaniment for your pâté, and to enjoy with cheese.
Wooley’s has been in business baking on the Isle of Arran since the middle of the nineteenth century, and make exceptional quality oatcakes. They pride themselves on being traditional bakers using only the best ingredients. This is an ideal accompaniment to enjoy with your Potted Crab.

Antipasti Selection (85g) – Silver & Green, Cumbria
Mixed pitted Halkidiki and kalamata olives, roasted red peppers, baby gherkins & sweet garlic cloves in a Provençal herb marinade.
Produced by Silver & Green, a family business in Penrith Cumbria that turned a passion for food, and love of the Mediterranean, into a thriving business.
Smokey Butternut Squash & Red Pepper Scotch Egg (To share) – Clucking Pig, North Yorkshire
This delicious vegetarian scotch egg is made with a large free-range egg, red peppers, roasted butternut squash and smoked paprika. The producers use large free-range eggs from Wensleydale, North Yorkshire.
Clucking Pig were chosen to represent Yorkshire artisan producers at the Houses of Parliament.

Chocolate Mousse with Chocolate Shavings (110g) – The Chef’s Patisserie, Cheshire
A wonderfully rich and smooth chocolate mousse. This delicious mousse has been designed specifically for the Wimbledon Championships’ Picnics.

Gooseberry & Elderflower Fool (110g) – The Chef’s Patisserie, Cheshire
Classic English Dessert, traditionally made by folding gooseberry, elderflower vanilla compote through Chantilly vanilla cream with a layer of Joconde sponge and a poppy seed crunch.
Created by The Chef’s Patisserie, who create artisan patisserie and deserts to the highest quality in Cheshire.
Cheese
Winterdale Shaw (125g) – Winterdale Cheese Barn, Kent
This is a traditional, unpasteurized cloth-bound cellar mature hard cheese. It has a fabulous depth of flavour and compliments the Picnic perfectly. Selected as one of the hero cheeses for the tournament by Wimbledon Executive Chef Adam Fagin.
The UK’s first Carbon neutrally made cheese using milk from Winterdale Cheese Barn’s own Friesian Holstein cows that graze on the chalky North Downs of Kent.
On a visit to the dairy, King Charles III, while still His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, described it as ‘“Marvellous Cheese”.

A deliciously sweet chutney, created by What a Pickle!
A Great Taste Award-winning company that grew from kitchen-preserve making in Shrewsbury.
Rosemary & Sea Salt Twice Baked Savoury Crackers – Sawley Kitchen, North Yorkshire
This fragrant savoury cracker is a 2022 Great Taste Award Winner.
Produced by Yorkshire Biscuit Bakehouse, Sawley Kitchen, based in Ripon, North Yorkshire, which specialises in handcrafted delights baked the traditional way using family vintage recipes.
Strawberries & Cream
Hugh Lowe Strawberries – Kent
Produced by Marion Regan of Hugh Lowe Farms, Mereworth, Kent. Marion’s great grandparents began growing strawberries in 1893 where the family-owned business has continued to grow. Spanning 500 ha of soft fruit/arable land, it is one of the largest soft fruit producers in the UK. For Wimbledon, the berry variety chosen by Hugh Lowe Farm, is a Malling Centenary variety which boasts exceptional fruit quality characteristics. These include attractive berries with a uniform conical shape and superb, sweet flavour, which are Grade 1 English strawberries. We work closely with Marion to ensure the most suitable and best quality berries are used.
Channel Island Pouring Cream (120ml) – Hinxden Dairy, Kent
This cream is churned from Award winning pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows which graze in the Garden of England.
Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family run dairy farm based in Benenden, Kent, home to the Manford family for the past four generations.
