Little Cousin François Smoked Trout with Fennel & Pernod – The Pished Fish, East Sussex
Scottish loch trout lightly smoked over oak, steeped in Pernod and fennel seed and then sliced into a classic ‘D-cut’ style.
Dill Mustard (x2) – Tracklements
A classic sauce made with fresh dill and a good measure of mustard for richness and piquancy.
Based in the heart of Wilshire, Tracklements keep things natural as they like to do growing their fine green dill in open fields and it is washed and chopped within three hours of harvest to ensure it stays fresh.
Alderton Sliced Ham – The Country Victualler, Nottinghamshire
A Rick Stein Food hero, this succulent & moist ham is steamed and then baked with a traditional Marmalade glaze, to The Country Victualler’s secret recipe
Tomato & Chilli Jam – The Tomato Stall, Isle of Wight
A delicious accompaniment to enjoy with Ham. Cooked in small batches using fresh Isle of Wight tomatoes, ginger, English cider vinegar and chilli for a seriously delicious kick.
The Tomato Stall on the Isle of Wight’s journey began over 15 years ago when they packed their van and headed to their first farmers market. From day one, customers fell in love with the tomatoes, and they have been inspiring people with the most flavourful and exciting varieties ever since.
Gluten Free Multiseed Tin Loaf – The Gluten Free Bakery, London
Enjoy an artisan freshly baked Gluten Free Multiseed Tin Loaf baked to accompany your crab, salmon and cheese.
Employing traditional fermentation techniques and using responsibly sourced ingredients, The Gluten Free Bakery use the finest ancient grains to ensure their hand-crafted sourdough is packed full of nutrients and flavour.
Longman’s Salted Butter Roll (250g) – Longman’s Cheese, Somerset
A fantastic rich flavoured and golden coloured butter, Longman’s multi-award-winning farmhouse rolled salted butter is renowned for its rich, creamy, smooth, and flavourful taste and has been heralded as a double world champion at the International Cheese Awards.
Produced by the Longman family, who have been farmers and farmhouse cheesemakers for over 200 years, it is churned in Somerset, using milk from the local herds grazing in the heart of the Vale of Camelot, and made using traditional methods, taking only the finest quality whey cream that has been separated from the whey produced when the curds are cut during the cheese making process.
Winterdale Shaw (125g) – Winterdale Cheese Barn, Kent
This is a traditional, unpasteurized cloth-bound cellar mature hard cheese. It has a fabulous depth of flavour and compliments a picnic perfectly.
The UK’s first Carbon neutrally made cheese using milk from their own Friesian Holstein cows that graze on the chalky North Downs of Kent.
Selected as one of the hero cheeses for the tournament by Wimbledon Executive Chef Adam Fagin.
On a visit to the dairy, King Charles III, while still His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, described it as ‘“Marvellous Cheese”.

Wimbledon Strawberries and Cream
Wimbledon Strawberries
Produced by Marion Regan of Hugh Lowe Farms, Mereworth, Kent. Marion’s great grandparents began growing strawberries in 1893 where the family owned business has continued to grow. Spanning 500 ha of soft fruit/arable land, they are one of the largest soft fruit producers in the UK. For Wimbledon, the berry variety chosen by Hugh Lowe Farm was a Malling Centenary variety which boasts exceptional fruit quality characteristics. These include attractive berries with a uniform conical shape and superb, sweet flavour which are Grade 1 English strawberries, though we work with Marion ensuring the most suitable and best quality berries are used.
Hinxden Farm Dairy’s Channel Island Pouring Cream
Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family run dairy farm based in Kent, home to the Manford family for the past four generations. The cream is from Award winning pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows which graze in the Garden Of England.
