Savoury Selection
Severn & Wye Smoked Salmon (100g) – Severn & Wye Smokery, Gloucestershire
Every bite is evenly smoked, with the same succulent, creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture. Slices of rich, flavoursome meat and a strong, smoky outer layer.
This multi award-winning family business was formed by Richard and Shirley Cook in 1989. Today, a Royal Warrant holder, its production techniques and smoking processes are still very traditional and the grading, filleting, curing, and cutting is still mostly done by hand. They chip all their own oak wood for smoking, which gives this smoked salmon a unique distinctive taste.
Posh Pickle Dill Sauce (115g) – Hawkshead Relish Company, Cumbria
This sauce is packed with gherkins, dill and onions and is fabulous with fish.
Hawkshead Relish was launched in 1999 by husband-and-wife team, Mark & Maria Whitehead. They now hold over 70 Great Taste Awards, and all chutneys and preserves are made in their premises on the edge of Esthwaite Water, Cumbria.

Redhill Farm commit the extra time, effort and skill to produce quality, ethically farmed free range pork to the highest welfare standards. Tomato & Chilli Jam (160g) – The Tomato Stall, Isle of Wight
Cooked in small batches, using fresh Isle of Wight tomatoes, ginger, English cider vinegar and chilli gives a seriously delicious kick. A great accompaniment to ham.

Longman’s Salted Butter Roll (200g) – Longman’s Cheese, Somerset
A fantastic rich flavoured and golden coloured butter, Longman’s multi-award-winning farmhouse rolled salted butter is renowned for its rich, creamy, smooth and flavourful taste and has been heralded as a double world champion at the International Cheese Awards.
Produced by the Longman family, who have been farmers and farmhouse cheesemakers for over 200 years, it is churned in Somerset, using milk from the local herds grazing in the heart of the Vale of Camelot, and made using traditional methods, taking only the finest quality whey cream that has been separated from the whey produced when the curds are cut during the cheese making process.

In 1890 great-great-grandmother, Eliza Jane Rodda started making Cornish clotted cream in her farmhouse kitchen in the heart of Cornwall. Now Rodda’s is in the fifth generation of the family business, and they continue to craft their Cornish clotted cream in the very same way.
The Artisan Kitchen’s Strawberry Jam, (100g) – Gloucester, Gloucestershire
A deliciously fruity jam, packed with whole fruit, handmade and homemade in a big copper pot that bubbles away in a small kitchen, as used in traditional preserve making.

Wimbledon Strawberries and Cream
Hugh Lowe Strawberries – Kent
Produced by Marion Regan of Hugh Lowe Farms, Mereworth, Kent. Marion’s great grandparents began growing strawberries in 1893 where the family-owned business has continued to grow. Spanning 500 ha of soft fruit/arable land, it is one of the largest soft fruit producers in the UK. For Wimbledon, the berry variety chosen by Hugh Lowe Farm, is a Malling Centenary variety which boasts exceptional fruit quality characteristics. These include attractive berries with a uniform conical shape and superb, sweet flavour, which are Grade 1 English strawberries. We work closely with Marion to ensure the most suitable and best quality berries are used.
Channel Island Pouring Cream (120ml) – Hinxden Dairy, Kent
This cream is churned from Award-winning pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows which graze in the Garden of England.
Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family run dairy farm based in Benenden, Kent, home to the Manford family for the past four generations.
