Pyman Pâtés
We met Tom Pyman at a food show in 2008 and we were immediately impressed with the quality of his pâtés. One of the reasons that Tom’s pâtés taste so good is due the high quality of local ingredients he uses and the fact that he makes his pâtés as he would in his own kitchen at home, just on a slightly larger scale!
Tom worked for many years as a chef, and always insisted on making his own pâtés. His pâté quickly became the most popular starter, and by also realizing that there was a shortage of quality British Pâté on the market, he launched Pyman Pate’s in August 2006. He rented the kitchen from the pub where he used to be head chef, and six years on Tom now has his own kitchen premises in Lifton in Devon and continues to create new and innovative pâtés. Using only free range, local Devon produce, his wonderful flavours include:
Free Range Chicken Liver Pâté with Brandy, Port & Cranberries; Free Range Duck Liver Pâté with apricots and blue cheese, Wild Boar Pâté with Prunes & Calvados, Smoked Mackerel and Toasted Walnuts.
All Pyman Pâtés are Gluten-free.
