A stunning handmade cheese from Pete Humphries (formerly of Bath Soft) at White Lake Cheeses near Shepton Mallet.

This cheese is a popular favourite, named after a hill located in the village of Bollington, Cheshire, with a mild flavour and finished with a white bloomy rind, this crumbly goat’s cheese is quite versatile.

Crumble over a meal, add to a cheese board, or even cook with it!
