Andrew Shorrock's Lancashire Bomb Cheese

We are both from Lancashire and the Lancashire Bomb Cheese has always been an essential part of any cheese board we have for Christmas, dinner parties and summer picnics.

The Shorrock family have been making Lancashire Cheese since 1923, and Andrew Shorrock’s Grandfather won Supreme Champion at the Preston Open Cheese Competition in 1938.

We have been to visit Andrew in Goosnagh on quite a few occasions and always enjoy seeing how the cheeses are being made by hand. We can guarantee that it is due to the care and dedication that is given to this cheese that is what makes it taste so damn good!

Our serving suggestion – Slice off the top, and scoop out the cheese with a spoon! Try with Red Chilli Jelly for the ideal match!
