This award-winning Baron Bigod cheese with a layer of homemade mascarpone, infused with the finest black truffles. Beneath the nutty, mushroomy rind, Baron Bigod has a smooth, silky golden breakdown which will often ooze out over a layer of our unctuous truffle-infused mascarpone. You will find long lasting flavours of warm earth, farmyard and mushrooms.
Please note: The Truffled Baron is made to order and it may take up to 14 days before you receive your cheese.
Eat before the “Use by” date shown on pack. Store in the fridge.
For best flavour, bring to room temperature one hour before serving.
If freezing, freeze on day of delivery. Defrost in the fridge. Once defrosted, do not refreeze.
