• Simmer Cook 70mins Oven Cook 70mins
• To Simmer:
• 1. Wrap haggis tightly in tinfoil
• 2. Bring pot of water to the boil
• 3. Once water is boiling, turn down to a gentle simmer
• 4. Place haggis in water and simmer for 70mins
• 5. DO NOT BOIL
• 6. Make sure haggis is piping hot before serving
• To Oven Cook:
• 1. Wrap haggis tightly in tinfoil
• 2. Place in an ovenproof dish with lid
• 3. Add a small amount of water to the dish
• 4. Place haggis in dish
• 5. Place in preheated oven 180oC, Gas Mark 4 and cook for 70mins
• 6. Check the water level in the dish and top up if required
• 7. Make sure haggis is piping hot before serving
