    The sole producer of the supreme multi-award-winning Alderton ham. This deliciously moist and succulently sweet ham with a smokey undertone is still made to the traditional secret recipe.
  • Smoked Salmon (400g) –  Severn & Wye Smokery, Gloucestershire
    Produced by the Royal Warrant Holders Severn & Wye Smokery, the smoking process takes place in traditional slow curing brick kilns over real oak log fires with no additives or preservatives and definitely no shortcuts.
  • Chicken & Ham Pie (4lb) – Country Victualler, Nottinghamshire 
    The combination of ham layered with smoked chicken is a match made in heaven. A great centre-piece for any table.

    This classic picnic item is made with free range eggs, succulent sausagemeat and a crispy crumb.
  • Sliced Smoked Duck Breast (50g)- Weald Smokery, East Sussex 
    The cure used is mixed with the finest herbs and bay leaves which is then hot smoked over oak logs to produce a succulent and subtle flavoured meat.
  • Horseradish Beef Bresaola- Moon’s Green, Kent

  • Lancashire Bomb Cheese Vintage Gold (230g) – Shorrock’s Cheese, Lancashire
    If you enjoy mature cheese then this is the one for you!  The Vintage Gold is becoming a firm favourite with really strong cheese lovers.  The cheese is matured for over three years and has a delicious full-bodied flavour.
  • Colston Bassett (200g) – Colston Bassett, Nottinghamshire
    Colston Bassett’s handmade Stilton is strong in flavour yet remains smooth and creamy with distinctive blue veins which become more strongly defined as the cheese matures.
