Inverawe started life in 1974 as a trout farm on Loch Etive and has developed over the years into an award-winning smokehouse with a Royal Warrant awarded for supplying the Queen.

  • Ingredients: Smoked trout (48%) (scottish farmed rainbow trout (FISH), salt), soft cheese (MILK)(skimmed milk, cream(MILK), skimmed MILK powder, MILK proteins, salt, lactic cultures, preservative (potassium sorbate)), lemon juice, dill, black pepper

We have extensively researched and tested many types of packaging and delivery systems to ensure all our exquisite, artisan produced foods arrive at your door in perfect condition. To achieve this, we now use several product specific packaging methods and, as standard, only despatch on an overnight delivery service (even though our chilled packaging system keeps fridge temperature for at least 48 hours).
