    Months of aging makes this bresaola from Moon’s Green Charcuterie a sublime confirmation that British Beef rules. Sliced thinly to savour the subtlety of this home-grown delicacy
  • Smoked Salmon, 100g – Severn & Wye Smokery, Gloucestershire
    This smoked salmon is supplied by Royal Warrant Holder’s Severn & Wye and is smoked over oak wood chips and shavings, then matured for at least three days. What makes this salmon all the more special is the cut. The ‘D-Cut’, which goes from back to belly, ensures that every bite is evenly smoked, with the same succulent, creamy, melt-in-the-mouth texture.

Please note all our pies are freshly baked for your order and require 3 working days notice to dispatch your order.

We have extensively researched and tested many types of packaging and delivery systems to ensure all our exquisite, artisan produced foods arrive at your door in perfect condition. To achieve this, we now use several product specific packaging methods and, as standard, only despatch on an overnight delivery service (even though our chilled packaging system keeps fridge temperature for at least 48 hours).
