Made in the Appassimento style, making this a sort of white Amarone, which no doubt helps provide the deepest golden straw colour, tropical nose and the richest, best textured layers of fruit, quince, a little honey. Many wines at this price point are impressive, but this one, quite frankly, blew us away!
