      If you enjoy mature cheese then this is the one for you!  The Vintage Gold is becoming a firm favourite with really strong cheese lovers.  The cheese is matured for over three years and has a delicious full-bodied flavour. 
    • Alsop & Walker Sussex Brie 150g
      A creamy grassy tasting cheese, again with a natural edible white rind. Made from cow’s milk and much like the camembert will continue to mature in a fridge becoming softer and stronger for up to seven weeks.
  • Fine Cheese Company extra virgin olive oil & sea salt crackers
    Intentionally subtle, so as to never overwhelm the cheese. Flavoured with extra virgin olive oil and sprinkled with sea salt. 
  • What a Pickle! Red Onion Marmalade
    A sweetly delicious chutney and a great pairing for cheese.

We have extensively researched and tested many types of packaging and delivery systems to ensure all our exquisite, artisan produced foods arrive at your door in perfect condition. To achieve this, we now use several product specific packaging methods and, as standard, only despatch on an overnight delivery service (even though our chilled packaging system keeps fridge temperature for at least 48 hours).
