The multi Award-winning Lincolnshire Poacher Cheese is hand made on a dairy farm situated on the edge of the beautiful Lincolnshire Wolds. Made by Simon & Tim Jones, this fine cheese uses freshly produced unpasteurised milk from their own dairy herd which graze on the rolling hills of the farm, and is the basis for the distinctive characteristics of the cheese. The traditional Lincolnshire Poacher is typically matured for 14-16 months and has plenty of up front flavour and a good bite. Highly recommended.
