Finest Potted Crab – Portland Shellfish, The Dorset Crab Company
A stunning mix of white and brown crab meat, handpicked in-house and made with a special mix of spices, including nutmeg and cayenne pepper. Pasteurised during the cooking process, it is presented in a recyclable ramekin.
Portland Shellfish is a multi-generation family-owned shellfish merchant, located in Portland, Dorset at the old naval dockyard. It supplies the very best shellfish available from British Waters, including to many Michelin starred restaurants. Its unique position on the Dorset coast, allows it to source shellfish from the breadth of the English Channel. Working sustainably with minimum size limits, employing static gear catching methods (potting) and working under the byelaws of Southern Inshore Fisheries & Conservation Authority, the producer strives to ensure there is shellfish available for our enjoyment today and tomorrow.
Classic Smoked Salmon – Severn & Wye Smokery, Gloucester
Royal Warrant Holder Severn & Wye practice the old fashioned art of smoking and curing their fish. Smoked over oak wood chips and shavings, then matured for at least three days gives slices of rich, flavoursome meat and a strong, smoky outer layer, every time.
With the Cook family at the helm for over 40 years, the Severn & Wye Smokery has supplied star-quality seafood, thanks to their focus on traditional smoking techniques.
Dill Pickle Sauce – Hawkshead relish
A classic sauce made with fresh dill and a good measure of Gherkins and mustard for richness and piquancy.
Based in the heart of the Lakes, Hawkshead is an award winning artisan producer.
Winterdale Shaw – Winterdale Cheese Barn, Kent
This is a traditional, unpasteurized cloth-bound cellar mature hard cheese. It has a fabulous depth of flavour and compliments a picnic perfectly.
The UK’s first Carbon neutrally made cheese using milk from their own Friesian Holstein cows that graze on the chalky North Downs of Kent.
Selected as one of the hero cheeses for the tournament by Wimbledon Executive Chef Adam Fagin.
On a visit to the dairy, King Charles III, while still His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, described it as ‘“Marvellous Cheese”.
Fig Relish – Tracklements
Made by soaking plump figs in spiced vinegar before gently cooking them with rich, dark sugar. The result is at once tangy and sweet – superb with cheese.
Multicrunch Tin Loaf – The Village Bakery, Kent
Enjoy an artisan freshly baked tin loaf to accompany your ham, salmon and pickles.
The Village Bakery in Groombridge is an independent bakery specialising in freshly made breads and cakes.
Longman’s Salted Butter Roll – Longman’s Cheese, Somerset
A fantastic rich flavoured and golden coloured butter, Longman’s multi-award-winning farmhouse rolled salted butter is renowned for its rich, creamy, smooth, and flavourful taste and has been heralded as a double world champion at the International Cheese Awards.
Produced by the Longman family, who have been farmers and farmhouse cheesemakers for over 200 years, it is churned in Somerset, using milk from the local herds grazing in the heart of the Vale of Camelot, and made using traditional methods, taking only the finest quality whey cream that has been separated from the whey produced when the curds are cut during the cheese making process.

Montmartre Patisserie started in 1995 with the goal of making top quality cakes, desserts and quiche for cafés and restaurants around Berkshire. In 2008 they were thrilled to receive a Royal Warrant of Appointment to Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
Rodda’s Clotted Cream (x2) – Redruth, Cornwall
Rodda’s cream is gently baked, allowing the richest flavours to rise to the top. Nothing beats breaking through the seal to experience the smoothness of the cream below.
In 1890 great-great-grandmother, Eliza Jane Rodda started making Cornish clotted cream in her farmhouse kitchen in the heart of Cornwall. Now Rodda’s is in the fifth generation of the family business, and they continue to craft their Cornish clotted cream in the very same way.
The Artisan Kitchen’s Strawberry Jam – Gloucester, Gloucestershire
A deliciously fruity jam, packed with whole fruit, handmade and homemade in a big copper pot that bubbles away in a small kitchen, as used in traditional preserve making.
Set up in 2011, by a trained chef and passionate foodie, Sarah Churchill, based in Gloucester, The Artisan Kitchen creates delicious award-winning preserves, marmalades and chutneys handcrafted in small batches from seasonal produce.

Wimbledon Strawberries and Cream
Hugh Lowe Strawberries – Kent
Produced by Marion Regan of Hugh Lowe Farms, Mereworth, Kent. Marion’s great grandparents began growing strawberries in 1893 where the family-owned business has continued to grow. Spanning 500 ha of soft fruit/arable land, it is one of the largest soft fruit producers in the UK. For Wimbledon, the berry variety chosen by Hugh Lowe Farm, is a Malling Centenary variety which boasts exceptional fruit quality characteristics. These include attractive berries with a uniform conical shape and superb, sweet flavour, which are Grade 1 English strawberries. We work closely with Marion to ensure the most suitable and best quality berries are used.
Channel Island Pouring Cream (120ml) – Hinxden Dairy, Kent
This cream is churned from Award-winning pedigree Holstein and Guernsey cows which graze in the Garden of England.
Hinxden Farm Dairy is a family run dairy farm based in Benenden, Kent, home to the Manford family for the past four generations.
