The Alnwick Rum Christmas Pudding is the ultimate luxury festive treat – good enough to be eaten all year round!

Made to a family recipe, the pudding is packed with top quality dried fruits soaked for two days in a generous quantity of the Legendary Alnwick Rum. Combined with fresh apples, oranges, lemons and carrots and slowly steamed in the old fashioned way to create a perfectly delicious pudding which has a light texture and is moist, and not too dark.

Contains beef suet.

Serves 4-5 people.

This product will keep for 12 months in a cool dry cupboard.

  • Dried Fruit 29% (raisins, sultanas, currants), free range EGGS, soft brown sugar, WHEAT FLOUR (raising agents: E500 and E450), breadcrumbs (WHEAT flour, salt, vegetable fat, yeast, water), beef suet, orange zest and juice, Alnwick Rum 6%, glace cherries 5% (glucose fructose syrup, colour (E127), citric acid (E330), preservatives (E220, E202), SULPHUR DIOXIDE), apple, candied orange and lemon peel 4%, lemon zest and juice, carrot, mixed spice.
