Please be assured that both ourselves and our brilliant producers are doing all we can to work as efficiently as possible in these testing times, and we are very pleased to be able to still provide a service for you.

We have seen a huge increase in orders, and as a result wanted to communicate to our customers about a few important things:

Stock Availability
Some of our suppliers are understandably finding it challenging to provide the increased demand.  We are trying hard to ensure that there is plenty of variety on offer, and if an item is unavailable at short notice we will substitute it with another product that is the most similar in flavour and cost. We will refund you if the item replaced is of less value, and will notify you.

Delivery date Requests
We will do all we can to deliver on your requested date however please be advised that we can not guarantee this, and will confirm a delivery date with you by email.

Courier Delivery Time Slots
Parcel Force are not able to guarantee timed deliveries at this present time. Please be aware that our packaging keeps food chilled for a minimum of 48hrs from despatch.

Customer Service
Our phone lines are very busy, and as we have skeleton staff in the office and warehouse, we would kindly request that you email us with any questions regarding your order at info@britishfinefoods.com and staff who are working remotely will reply as quickly as possible.
