Further Information:

St Giles - Best British Cheese at the World Cheese Awards 2009.  Made with pasteurised Organic Cows' milk from the cows on the farm St Giles is a continental style semi soft creamy cheese to the Saint Paulin style cheese found in France.  Produced in Sussex.

Westcombe Cheddar - Delicious!  Along with Keen's and Montgomery's, Westcombe Cheddar is one of only three Artisan Somerset Cheddars.  Key Facts: Unpasteurised, made with traditional animal rennet.

Cumbrian Air Dried Ham - Richard Woodall was the first and for a long time the only company to produce a proscuitto style ham on a commercial scale in this country.  It is delicate and of a superb quality.

Smoked Duck - Naturally rich in flavour which is enhanced by curing with specially selected herbs and bay leaves.  Winner of numerous Great Taste Awards.

Sussex Ham - This delicious ham is cooked on the premises at Weald Smokery in Sussex, hand carved and hand packed.

Venison Salami with Green Peppercorns - Oak Smoked Pure Venison with Green Peppers.  This is an absolutely beautiful product from our new friends at Great Glen Game.  Serve with a plate of other charcuterie meats to truly appreciate the difference in flavour. 

Westmoreland Chutney - Award winning chutney, especially created to complement an enormous range of cheeses.
