Dukeshill Cooked York Ham - On the bone



Dry cured and matured over a period of at least ten weeks, it develops a wonderful flavour and a firm yet succulent texture.  The curing process means that the York is somewhat drier and saltier than the Wiltshire ham.  

Unfortunately, nowadays the need for food to be processed quickly has meant that ham of this quality is no longer readily available.  Fortunately, this ham is lovingly made by Dukeshill Hams, holder of the Royal Warrant to H.M. The Queen.

Size Guide:

Half Hams (min 2.6kg):                         Approx 30-35 generous slices
Small Whole Hams (min 4.8kg):             Approx 55-60 generous slices
Whole Hams (min 5.7kg):                      Approx 65-70 generous slices
