Beef Joints

Stunning and indulgent, a grass fed rib of beef the bone is probably the most impressive of all beef cuts. 

With plenty of fat running through the joint to keep it soft, the rib has an old-fashioned depth of flavour that can only be described as 'properly beefy'.

Hung on the bone for four weeks to enhance both texture and flavour and is prepared chined and beautifully presented ready for you to pop straight in the oven.

Please note that all food is sent in temperature controlled boxes to ensure that your goods arrive chilled. All fresh goods should be refrigerated on arrival, and are suitable for home freezing.
