An absolutely stunning cheese from the highly talented duo of Arthur Alsop & Nick Walker.
A cows' milk cheese (approximately 1kg) made by hand in small 30kg batches. A truffled brie is made by inserting Autumn truffles in a layer through the centre of the cheese to get the best depth and aroma coming through the cheese. It is enjoyed with a well tannined red-wine.
