The Idle Hour Cheese (200g)



A semi-hard cheese, with a natural edible rind.  This wonderful cheese softens from the outside inwards with age.  It has a creamy taste with citrus undertones and a hint of nut. 

Matured for 16-20 weeks.  

Please note each cheese is made by hand so will vary slightly in size.
