Free Range Bronze Copas Turkeys roam in cherry orchards & grass meadows. Copas maintain the highest welfare standards raising their turkeys on a balanced cereal diet with no growth promoting additives. Upon reaching full adult maturity the turkeys are dry-plucked by hand and game-hung for two weeks to ensure the dense succulent meat has a full traditional flavour.

Copas turkeys are wrapped in greaseproof paper and presented in a carry home box with vacuum packed giblets as well as cooking instructions and a Pop-up cooking timer. Everything you need for the most important part of the most important meal of the year!
