This organic beef is from local organic farms, where the animals are of native breeds. After slaughtering locally, the meat is traditionally matured on the bone ('hung') for around 3 weeks before butchering.
Bernaise Sauce 190g A creamy classic sauce with tarragon chervil and shallots, traditionally served with steak.

Cheese
