Inverawe Organic Scottish Smoked Salmon (400g)

A beautiful, pure product which in our opinion cannot be bettered .

This natural looking pale salmon has a pure clean taste and comes from UK Soil Asscociation certified farms around the Northern & Western Isles of Scotland.

No artificial colourings are used as the feed contains shrimp (a natural source of pigment in the diet of wild salmon). The whole farming cycle is organic and the fish are stocked at low densities in fast moving tidal waters, meaning they are healthier and less stressed. Organic salmon are traditionally smoked over oak log fires in brick kilns. This is a very slow and gentle process and gives the time needed for the salmon to develop a good smoky flavour and a well cured texture.
