Our best-selling pâté from the very talented Tom Pyman. Locally sourced Free Range chicken livers are infused with the rich taste of cranberries and fresh thyme, with lashings of smooth brandy and port.

Pyman Pâtés are traditionally handmade and contain no additives, artificial flavourings or colouring. All Pâtés are Free Range and Gluten free. They are made from the finest natural ingredients that the West Country can offer with a guaranteed 60% content. This means that if you purchase a Pyman chicken liver pâté it will contain 60% chicken livers. There will be no bulking out with other ingredients as occurs with some other pâtés on the market.

* Please note that all Pyman Patés are frozen as soon as they are made to preserve the quality. The Paté will defrost in a temperature controlled environment enroute to you and will have 10 days to be consumed on arrival.
