Free Range Chicken Liver Pate with Brandy and Fine Herbs

A deliciously smooth and warming pate. Locally sourced Free Range Chicken Livers are combined with warming brandy and delicate fine herbs to produce an elegant starter, or even to add a touch of sophistication to a main dish.

Pyman Pates are traditionally handmade and contain no additives, artificial flavourings or colourings and all Pates are Free Range and Gluten free. They are made from the finest natural ingredients that the Westcountry can offer with a guaranteed 60% content. This means that if you purchase a Pyman chicken liver pate it will contain 60% chicken livers. There will be no bulking out with other ingredients as occurs with some other pates on the market.

* Please note that all Pyman Patés are frozen as soon as they are made to preserve the quality. The Paté will defrost in a temperature controlled environment enroute to you and will have 10 days to be consumed on arrival. If you would like your Patés to arrive frozen please do contact us.
