Scrambled Quails Eggs and Smoked Salmon
Method:
1. Simply whisk the quails eggs with some milk or cream
2. Add a knob of butter to a pan on a low heat
3. Pour in the quail egg mixture and stir until scrambled
4. Chop up the Organic Smoked Salmon into the scrambled egg and stir through on a low heat for 30 seconds
5. Serve on fresh toasted bread and enjoy with a glass of English Sparkling Wine!
