Wiltshire Ham Sliced weight 250g
The Wiltshire is cured by immersion in brine for several days giving it a moist (but never wet!) texture.

The addition of unrefined brown sugar to the recipe adds a subtle sweetness to this mild & delicious ham. Dukeshill Hams were awarded the Royal Warrant in 2003 to supply hams to the Queen. Each sliced pack gives 2-3 generous servings. Please note that due to the slices being taken from a real ham the slices may vary.

Inverawe Scottish Smoked Salmon 100g
The Classic Smoked Salmon from Royal Warrant Holder Inverawe Smokehouses. Inverawe Smokehouses ensure their salmon are sea reared from small independent farms where fish husbandry and low density stocking is paramount.
