Absolutely delicious, the salmon is hot smoked over Oak. Salar Smokehouse is one of Rick Stein’s Food Heroes and won Best Product at the Scottish Food & Drink Awards 2009
Simply the best Cumberland Sausages we have tasted. Richard Woodall holds the Royal
Warrant to the Queen for hams, bacon and sausages. Traditional methods are used with the finest quality shoulder of pork.
This delicious semi-hard cheese from Cornwall is deliciously creamy under the rind and slightly crumbly in the core. It has a young, fresh, slightly tangy taste and is made by hand in open round vats. Pasteurised.
Delicious with all types of cheese! Garlic Chives are a cross between wild garlic and chives and grow abundantly in the Shropshire Fine Herb garden. Chopped freshly into the mix with a similar quantity of parsley these biscuits add a delicious extra dimension to fine cheeses.
