The deliciously nutty flavour of Duddleswell comes from the award-winning High Weald Dairy in Sussex run by husband and wife team Mark & Sarah Hardy.With its smooth creamy texture it is a hard pressed dale-type cheese with a natural rind. Made from pasteurised sheep milk with vegetarian rennet. BRONZE MEDAL WINNER at the World Cheese Awards 2006 SILVER MEDAL WINNER at the World Cheese Awards 2005. Approx 150g.
