Copas Free Range Bronze Turkey serves 6-8:  The most important part of the most important meal of the year should be that bit special! Copas Free Range Bronze Turkeys roam in cherry orchards & grass meadows. Copas maintain the highest welfare standards raising their turkeys on a balanced cereal diet with no growth promoting additives. Upon reaching full adult maturity the turkeys are dry-plucked by hand and game-hung for two weeks to ensure the dense succulent meat has a full traditional flavour. (4.5-5.49kg)

Inverawe Smokehouses ensure their salmon are sea reared from small independent farms where fish husbandry and low density stocking is paramount. The smoking process takes place in traditional slow curing brick kilns over real oak log fires with no additives or preservatives and definitely no shortcuts.
