This outstanding cheese has been made by the Keens at Moorhayes Farm since 1899. Third generation brothers George and Stephen continue to make unpasteurised Cheddar with the help of their herd of 250 Friesian cows.

This creamery is one of only six in the world licensed to produce Blue Stilton- the 'King of English Cheeses'. Located in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire, this multi-award winning creamery produces cheeses, using time honoured, traditional methods.
