A fabulous smoked venison from the multi award-winning Weald Smokery. Using only the very best haunch cuts of venison the meat is then cured with a secret recipe before cold smoking over oak chippings.
Although this product is being sold as a cheese board, top chefs have also used this to present smoked meats and a range of other dishes, they feel the colour of the cheese or nibbles against the black slate really enhances the presentation of the food, and we agree!
